Y-you are? [He takes on a breath, looking on in stunned disbelief, but also with warmth. He doesn't know why feels all these conflicted feelings. It's like being given the ultimate tests in terms of blind dates.... but a taste he wants to take.]

Er... W-well... I suppose that it is funny! [But he looks confused by the remark for a moment while upholding a smile.]

But he knows his goal: he has to do his best to make this as pleasant a 'date' as possible. He just feels more nervous about it than most challenges he's faced. It's like there's an odd singing in his heart as he looks at Weiss, sending a fear throughout his body of messing up.
Slowly, he raises a thumbs up towards her. He speaks shakily, but honestly.]

Maybe it's because of how efficient Weiss is - well, and how pretty - she looks more or less like what he would hope for in a date. There seems to be both simplicity and elegance in her beauty.]

[He had tried to study all of the polite things one should do on dates!! Who knows how much he studied here and how much was imparted to him in random lessons from Gai-Sensei over the years.

It's a little frustrating, don't you think? Of course, I attempted to ask around as well, but. Well. Admittedly it was a little embarrassing for me. Plus, I didn't really want Ruby and Yang to know that I'd signed up for this.
